We did not know the lady at our table. Everyone sits together at long tables, very common here at local restaurants. Spring rolls are rice paper, a meat or fish, and veggies and herbs (lettuce, mint, Thai basil, cucumbers are most common). They are served with a sauce that is slightly different in each area. They are my favorite, especially with fresh fish!
